Return & Refund Policy

At Leonina Rossi, every piece is crafted with precision and care. We want you to love what you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return
Contact us at support@getmanforge.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or color when the item is available in stock. Contact us to check availability before sending your return.

Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, accessories, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
